About Alsea Falls Trails

Welcome to the newest stop on the Ride the Dirt Wave series! We are thrilled to be kicking off the 2026 season deep in the Oregon Coast Range at the Alsea Falls Trail System, and even more excited to welcome Team Dirt to our growing family of host trail clubs.

Alsea Falls is a true gem of mountain biking in the Coast Range, a playground built by riders for riders. This trail system is the result of dedicated professional and volunteer trail builders who poured their passion into every berm, jump, booter, and rock garden on the mountain. Their love for the sport shows in every inch of trail and you can feel it the moment you drop in.

Set against the primeval, densely green forest of the Oregon Coast Range, Alsea Falls offers a lush and dramatic backdrop that makes every ride feel like an adventure. Whether you are a seasoned expert or working your way up through the Sport ranks, the terrain here will challenge and inspire you.

Located near Monroe and accessible from both the Oregon Coast and the Willamette Valley, Alsea Falls brings the Ride the Dirt Wave series closer than ever to riders in the Eugene and Corvallis area. We know many of you already call Alsea Falls your home trails and we are so excited to finally bring Ride the Dirt Wave to you! We hope the valley riders who join us here will catch the Dirt Wave and follow us to the coast for the rest of the series!

10:30 AM to 1:00 PM — Club Dig Day, hosted by Team Dirt. Alsea Falls is a favorite trail system for riders throughout the Willamette Valley and we are so excited to welcome it as the newest venue in the Ride the Dirt Wave series! Join Team Dirt for a morning of trail maintenance on one of Oregon’s most beloved trail systems. Give back to the trails you love, meet the local riding community, and get your hands dirty before race weekend. All skill levels welcome, no experience necessary. Volunteers who sign up for the dig day will get bonus of shuttles to the top from 1-3pm! Sign up for the dig day here: https://volunteer.imba.com/opportunities/hj4nfP22sI

Dig day volunteers will be treated to shuttled rides on the Alsea Falls trail system using our van and Huckwagon. We all love these trails and they are even better when you get shuttled to the top. Stick around after the dig, grab your bike, and let us take you back up so you can enjoy the trails you just helped maintain. A reward worth showing up for!

1:00 PM to 3:30 PM — Packet Pickup and Race Registration Pick up your race packet or register for Sunday’s Enduro race between 1:00 and 3:30 PM on Saturday.
