Get ready for the Flow Duro Challenge – the ultimate mountain biking event that blends the thrill of Enduro with a fun, community-focused vibe! This exciting race is designed to test your skills, stamina, and love for the ride, all while bringing mountain bikers together for an unforgettable experience.
We’ve selected the best trails at each location to create unique courses that will challenge and inspire riders of all levels. With each event offering its own flair, you’ll enjoy a fresh adventure at every stop.
Here’s how it works:
- Compete individually in age and class divisions.
- Take on two timed runs on the designated trail—your best time counts.
- Points are awarded to the top 10 overall finishers at each event.
Points will accumulate across all three races in 2025, and final standings will be posted on the OBRA website. To be eligible for the “Champion of the Dirt Wave” title, you must race in all three events, with the champion crowned after the final race in Newport.
Important Details:
- Limited to 100 riders per event, so don’t wait to sign up!
- Each race promises a unique blend of community, competition, and coastal vibes.

Category Descriptions:
Please read the following descriptions to determine what category is most appropriate for you. We advise you to look at the trail forks information for each of the races as all differ in difficulty, length, elevation, and terrain.
Cat 1 (Expert) riders are highly skilled and comfortable with a wide range of obstacles encountered on a trail, including steep and loose terrain and technical rock gardens. They can navigate most trail features confidently including black diamond trails that may have jump lines and larger obstacles.
Cat 2 (Sport) riders possess the ability to handle technical terrain, smaller jumps and drops, and are skilled at cornering. They are capable of completing most trails without stopping to walk a section, but may choose to go around larger jumps or drops. While some may have racing experience, it is not a requirement for a sport rider.
